Trattoria Il Mulino, the new casual chic restaurant concept from iconic Il Mulino New York, will open its fourth trattoria location at Hilton Nashville Downtown, a hotel owned and operated by Turnberry Associates. When it debuts in early 2015, Trattoria Il Mulino will bring a hip and authentic, high-end Italian culinary experience to the city of Nashville.
Designed by The Johnson Studio of Atlanta and in collaboration with the corporate design team for Il Mulino New York, the trendsetting restaurant will boast a chic atmosphere in line with the 20th street location in New York. Other highlights include a bustling open kitchen and a bar with wood-fired pizza oven to add to the seen-and-be-seen ambiance.
Trattoria Il Mulino http://www.trattoriailmulino.com/ will offer an upscale menu of Abruzzese-inspired Italian cuisine, which pairs traditional flavors with modern and inventive dishes. Culinary highlights will include Orecchiette with broccoli rabe and pork belly; Spaghettini with spicy crab and meyer lemon; Spicy herb Cornish Hen baked under a stone; and a full raw bar. Hand-crafted cocktails and a premium wine list will also be available. Trattoria Il Mulino will be open for brunch, lunch, dinner and bar service, and is accessible from the hotel’s grand atrium lobby and a street entrance on 5th Avenue.
